Purpose and limits
VisaClarity AI helps you organise evidence, keep preparation tasks, identify visible document issues and draft text from your own facts. You choose the correct visa route, verify current official instructions, check every AI finding and submit your own application. Starting prompts are not an exhaustive legal checklist. The service does not determine eligibility, authenticate evidence, submit applications, provide regulated immigration advice or guarantee acceptance. Seek an appropriately qualified professional when you need advice about your circumstances.
Your account and documents
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Keep credentials private, give accurate information and only share documents you have permission to use. Do not forge evidence, misrepresent AI output as official approval, or use the service unlawfully. You retain your rights in uploaded content and permit the processing described in the privacy notice to deliver the requested service.
Private beta and charges
Access is limited to approved testers. Features and limits can change during testing. Current native beta limits include 20 applications, 12 documents per application, 8 MB per file, 12 MB total per application, and 10 combined AI requests per account per UTC day. No paid purchases are currently enabled. Package amounts shown in previews are proposals and currency estimates, not an order or charge. Future purchases will show the actual store price, inclusions and billing period before confirmation. Any future subscription cancellation or refund follows the relevant store process and applicable consumer law.
Availability and your next step
Keep your original documents and check deadlines independently. Access can be interrupted and AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. We may restrict misuse or access that threatens security. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Account deletion does not cancel any store subscription. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. New Zealand law applies subject to mandatory rights in your location.
